About Ben Dugard

Ben Dugard lives in Deal, Kent and grew up in a nearby village. He has been inspired by guitar bands since his early teens and learned to play blues and rock as well as classical pieces from his first teacher.

Ben now teaches guitar full time and does occasional session and recording work as well as performing in a function band and writing his own music.

His first recording was the album Eight on Six in 2019, which features a mixture of classical and modern soundtrack style pieces played on a nylon string instrument. His latest release, Tele Funk EP, draws on elements of jazz and funk as well as his early blues and rock background.
